SPEAKERS:
Laura Hastings, MS OTR/L, Director of Care Services for SafelyYou, is a registered and licensed occupational therapist in NY and CA. She comes to SafelyYou with extensive experiencing managing rehabilitation departments within assisted living and memory care communities. Laura has served as point of contact for falls prevention, OT intervention, and staff trainings. Prior experience includes acute rehab, traumatic brain injury, skilled nursing and outpatient settings.
Adrienne Lameray works closely with SafelyYou’s customers to conduct team fall huddles and collaborate on fall reduction strategies. Her background working in assisted living communities combined with the expertise gained from observing thousands of SafelyYou fall videos drives the insight she provides to our partner communities.
