The WHCA Virtual Winter Conference is an online gathering of long term care professionals and service providers. This event features education, our conference app sponsored by ARRIS Healthcare, and the meeting and connections feature EYE2i via the app.

Much like the fall, the Winter Conference's online event hub will feature:

Fully Editable Vendor Partner Pages. For this event, we’ll be offering you much greater flexibility for showcasing your products and services. You’ll have a dedicated event portal page–think of it as your company’s own information kiosk. It will come preloaded with your registration information–company name, the names of your participating reps, phone numbers, email addresses, web conferencing links. But that’s just the beginning. For this event, you will be able to load much more information – photos with captions, video pulled from YouTube or Vimeo that plays right on your portal page, and PDFs of product specs and special offers.

A Laser Focus on Making Connections. The heart of our event portal will be the way it will make it easier than ever to connect one-to-one with our facility members. Almost as important is that it works both ways – the portal will serve as a bridge for our members to learn about and connect with you and your company.
