The WHCA Virtual Winter Conference is an online gathering of long term care professionals and service providers. 

For February's conference, we have decided to take a different approach. We are eliminating the conference APP and will host an event landing page. The event page will be visible to the public, not just attendees specifically registered for the conference. Your company's exposure and visibility just increased! With a new direction comes new possibilities and ways to support. Below is a list of sponsorships we have available to show support and showcase your company. 

Sponsor Showcase | $250 | Your company will have a showcase listing (includes rep’s photo, email address, company URL and company description) and access to all virtual educational sessions of the conference.

Your sponsorship will include your company logo on the event page that will link your company's main URL. We will have a "Meet the Sponsors" button that will allow visitors to view a mini company profile featuring your photo, contact informaiton and description from our database. Sponsorship also includes your company logo in weekly education promotions, and all Winter Conference communications. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
